The conveyor chain, made of alloy steel through advanced heat treatment processing, has a normal service life of over 3 years, and the service life of the rollers on the chain (depending on different materials) is 1 to 3 years.
The fully sealed casing ensures that dust has no way to penetrate, making operation safe and operation reliable. It has a long conveying length and a horizontal conveying distance of over 60 meters. The process layout is flexible and can be installed on elevated structures, on the ground, in pits, or on slopes (15°).
