Vibrating air selection screen

Grain enters the vibrating screen from the grain inlet and, driven by the vibrating motor, passes through the vibrating screen mesh, where impurities and grain are separated. The dusty gas is introduced from the inlet into the space between the casing and the exhaust pipe of the dust collector, forming an external swirling flow that rotates downward. The dust suspended in the external cyclone moves towards the wall of the device under the action of centrifugal force and then flows to the lower part of the dust collector along with the external cyclone, and is discharged through the dust discharge hole. The purified gas forms an ascending inner swirl and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
